Can you handle our long RV & tow vehicle?
Yes - we have several long pull through sites with room for your slide-outs and awning. We can accomodate rigs up to 40 feet towing a vehicle.
Can we bring our pets to your campground?
Yes - for you pet lovers, pets must be kept on a leash (6' or less). Please be so kind as to clean-up after them. All we ask is that you are courteous to our other guests and we thank you in advance for that.
Can I check my email?
Free Wireless Internet Service is available throughout most of the campground. Or you can use our guest computer in the campstore to check your emails.
Do I have to make a reservation to stay at your campground?
No, you can just come, but during June, July & August our campground is the busiest and we suggest you make a reservation so as to get the hook-up you desire. However, you should make a Kamping Kabin reservation! If you don't there most likely won't be one available.
Do you have a monthly rate?
We have long term rates. Please call 1.605.745.6449 for information on our rates.
Do you have cable TV?
No, we do not have cable TV. The service does not extend this far out of town yet. Putting up your TV antennae will likely get you no channels as there are too many hills in the Black Hills between the campground and the nearest TV station. The Hot Springs KOA does offer satellite TV in the Recreation room.
Can I have a campfire?
Only carefully supervised charcoal or propane fires are allowed. For those who would like to have a wood fire, we encourage you to use our community fire ring - unless there is a burn ban in effect. Unfortunately, we sometimes are under a burn ban which is set by county officials which we must obey. Please check in the store to see if there is a burn ban during your stay.
